Luxury bathroom with underfloor heating!

Here we have a really exciting project that includes luxury underfloor heating and a beautiful large walk in shower! The original bathroom was fitted about 15 years ago however the plumbing had not been installed well at all with the waste pipework having no fall, so very slow drainage and without completely stripping the room out, there was no way to remedy these issues! My client, Polly decided that she would therefore require a complete refurbishment, with walk in shower for ease of use for the family and brand new marble effect wall tiles throughout and of course electric underfloor heating. Polly advised that the bathroom was extremely cold and damp during the winter months so we discussed installing wall insulation on two outside walls which will now vastly improve the warmth in the room and also reduce if not completely eliminate the problem of cold and damp condensation.

A powerful turbo extractor fan was also installed in the loft space along with new LED downlighting. The wall tiles consisted of being made from premium grade porcelain and the floor tiles are of the same brand. You’ll notice that I took particular care with every aspect of this project but one that is very notable is the tiling setting out, with full tiles as you walk in and on both sides of the room with all grout joints aligning with every wall.
