This was the last job I took on in 2024 which carried over in to January 2025. All the walls were stripped back to brick, ceiling removed, all new plumbing installed and re-boarded throughout before plastering and tiling! There was a separate toilet room which became the new shower area with a spacious 1400 x 900 shower tray and the toilet was relocated further toward the back of the house to make the new showering space achievable. There were originally two separate doorways leading off the hallway landing area to the bathroom and separate WC which I removed to install a new single door entrance which I fitted further back in to the hallway landing area to create a bigger bathroom. Brand new electrics were installed for a timed extractor fan and 9 LED down-lights so that the bathroom was equipped with sufficient lighting and ventilation. The bathroom was painted using Dulux trade bathroom paint and most of the furnishings were purchased through Victorian Plumbing. The transformation can be fully appreciated by looking at a video of the old bathroom below. Project duration 5 weeks.
