Very dated with artex ceiling.... that ceiling will have to go!

The newly plastered ceiling & spot light wiring

I've installed spot lights & a new extractor fan

Tiling commences using 600 x 400 mm ceramic tiles. Floor is well braced with ply wood and tightly secured with over 600 screws

Although difficult to do so with brick bond pattern tiling, the tiling is set out specifically to achieve the grout lines on the walls and floor line up as best as possible.
